Northpoint Industries has been ISO certified since 2006. Recently we have decided to let our certification expire. The reason being is we are currently working towards becoming TS 16949 certified with hopes of becoming registered by April, 2010.

We are still maintaining compliance with ISO; we are just not certified at this time. The ISO standards are now a way of life for our facilities.

Our current Quality Manual and QMS Procedures have been changed to reflect the new TS standards and we are currently in the process of implementing the changes and training staff on the new TS requirements. Once the implementation and training is complete we will conduct our first internal TS 16949 audit. We are hoping to do this by December of this year. We will then bring in an Outside Auditor to review our staff and our system to assure that everything is up to par. Once we are certain that everything is correct we will have our TS 16949 Registration Audit. This will be completed by April, 2010.

In the mean time we would just like to assure our customers that our primary goal here at Northpoint is to maintain customer satisfaction by supplying quality products that are delivered on time and with competitive prices!
