The purpose for establishing this company was to develop markets that require high-tech quality products at a competitive price that solved customers needs while enabling NPI to grow as a company and employ individuals in the local economy. Initially NPI was set up as a machine shop that serviced local industry with short run production components, machine rebuilding, repair/replacement parts, and tooling. Since the inception, NPI has acquired newer state of the art equipment and technology. This new direction has enabled NPI to penetrate new markets in Michigan and the greater Midwest. NPI has retained manufacturer representatives based out of Detroit and Grand Rapids. We have refined many of our manufacturing processes to include lean manufacturing, just-in-time delivery and we have established work cells to increase productivity while reducing customer cost. Our products and services range from highly technical fixtures/tooling to high volume production of Automotive, Military, and Aerospace Products. It is our intention to service our customer to the best of our ability while increasing our capabilities and to remain competitive for many years to come. |
