Northpoint Precision, Inc. provides assembly work cells to increase efficiency
and reduce customer cost. SPC with 100% inspection for production orders, lean
manufacturing with just-in-time delivery, and full certification for dimensional
characteristics, material and finish. We offer six sigma quality, for exacting
standards of quality. In addition, we are ISO 9001 compliant and certification
by 2006.
We provide design work from basic 2D drafting to 3D solid modeling. Detailed
prints are available prior to any production work. We are capable of designing
products to our customers specifications and standards with our in-house or
on-site Application Engineering.

TURNING CAPACITY

Northpoint Precision, Inc. provides turning capacity for low volume proto-type
jobs to production runs. High volume complex turning capability up to 2”
standard bar capacity with 24” between centers and maximum cutting diameter
10.3” with a maximum cutting length of 20”. X Axis 8.45”
/ Z Axis 20” / Rapids 710 ipm. Accuracy Positioning +/-0.0002”,
Repeatability +/-0.0001”. Large capacity up to 16” diameter and
168” in overall length.
